Tortuga Real Estate is an agency that sells property in the Riviera Maya region of Mexico. A dear friend of mine, I help them with their online presence, especially with the Canadian and American markets.

Branding

A complete brand package was created for Tortuga, using a colour palette reflective of the eco aesthetic of the region. Tortuga means turtle in Spanish, and the logo combines a turtle with a house, done so in fashion inspired by the traditional Mayan culture of the region.

SEO & Email Marketing

Despite the multitude of real estate companies operating in the same region, We have been able to significantly increase organic traffic to the website. Also, new leads are nurtured through an automated email campaign.
